THE 17th SHIZUOKA FORUM ON HEALTH AND LONGEVITY was held for two days of Friday, November 16 - Saturday, November 17,2012. Other than Keynote Speech "Protective effects of food bioactive components ageinst Alzheimer's disease", the sessions such as "Clinical Applications" "Prospects for inter-professional care teams which are expected to support self-care of community dwellers" "Home health care services --what support is vital?" were performed.
